1) Use Cous Cous:
If you need something really quick and simple use cous cous instead of pasta or rice. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare from start to finish and is a great accompaniment to any meal.

2) Be Prepared:
If you know you have a busy week coming up plan ahead with a meal planner so that you know what you’re going to have on what day. That way you know exactly what to buy and it saves you time during the week trying to decide on what you’re going to make that night.

3) Make Extra:
Once you decide to make something it takes hardly any extra time to just make a bigger batch. If you make an extra few portions they can go in the fridge or freezer ready for another day when you really don’t have time to cook anything but you want something tasty and wholesome and homemade.

4) Order On Line:
With so many great fresh produce delivery services around its easy to go online and order all your fruit and veg to be delivered to your door. That saves you spending time and hassle shopping and means you can have a fresh supply of goodies on your doorstep.

5) Try A Stir Fry:
